About ClearSky

Our Story

ClearSky is a professional roof and gutter cleaning service based in Central Scotland, with over 15 years of roofing experience. We specialise in safely removing moss, dirt, and debris to help protect and extend the life of your roof.


Unlike many services, ClearSky removes moss by hand rather than using harsh pressure washing, ensuring a thorough clean while protecting your roof tiles. We also provide reliable gutter cleaning to keep your drainage system clear and working properly.

Roof Clean

£10 per m2

Clean moss from roof by hand, no pressure washer involved. Replace any broken tiles. Do any repointing required then finish with a fungicidal wash.

Gutter Clean

From £20

Clean guttering, ensure all downpipes are clear and flowing. Before and after pictures provided.

uPVC installation

Unfortunately some gutters can’t be repaired therefore they have to be replaced. We offer full fascia, soffit and gutter replacement. uPVC comes in a wide range of colours and is also weather resistant.

uPVC cleaning

Are your fascia, soffits or gutters looking tired and dirty? We offer a full cleaning service. We will bring life back to your roofline and get them shining again.

Exterior cleaning

Have your walls started to look dirty and start to build up with moss? We offer a soft wash service for all types of render and brickwork. Bringing life back to your property.
